Notary Services Pricing
Base Notarization Fee:
Standard Document Notarization: $5 for the first signature. $3 each for each additional signature.
Travel Fees:
- Within 10 miles: No travel fee
- 10-20 miles: $25
- 20-50 miles: $40
- Over 50 miles: $1 per additional mile over 50
Additional Services:
- Loan Signing: $60 per appointment (includes travel within 10 miles)
- After Hours Fee (After 6 PM and weekends): Additional $20 unless booked more than 24 hours in advance.
- Emergency Notarization (Less than 24 hours notice): Additional $50
Marriage Officiant Services
Not only am I an official Tennessee Notary Public, but I am also ordained with the Universal Life Church. Whether you want a civil ceremony, or a religious ceremony, I am here to officiate your marriage.
Civil or Religious Ceremony:
- Local (within 20 miles): $100
- Includes consultation, and officiating the marriage on the day of the ceremony.
- Non-local (20-50 miles): $125
- Includes the above plus additional travel fees.
Add-ons:
- Additional Rehearsal: $50
- Special Location (parks, special venues beyond 50 miles): Custom quote based on distance and time

Notes:
- All fees must be agreed upon and confirmed via a signed agreement prior to the service.
- All marriage officiant services will require a $50 deposit at time of signing agreement.
- Payments can be accepted through cash, check, or digital payment methods.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the agreed rate.
- Travel fees will be assessed for weddings that are more than 10 miles from office.
